One to One Personal Training
I will meet with you at regularly scheduled times throughout the week in my studio, your home, your personal gym, or outside. During these sessions I teach proper form and various exercises for different body parts. Sessions last anywhere from 30 min to one hour and consist of cardiovascular training, strength and endurance training, and flexibility training.
You will also have access to the virtual fitness training system for those days we do not meet. I will develop personalized exercise plans for you on scheduled days with detailed descriptions, pictures and videos. You will also be able to track your food intake, activity levels and goal performance.
I am available 24/7 via phone or e-mail to answer any of your questions.
It is my job to help you maximize the time and money you are able to put into exercise in the most efficient manner.
Rates for one-to-one training vary depending on how many times per week you wish to train:
$55/ hr for one time per week *
$45/hr for two times per week*
$40/hr for 3 times per week*
$30 / hr for 4 or more times per week *
The advantage of One to One Personal Training is the personalized face to face contact to increase motivation and ensure proper form.
