In order to achieve the maximum results of your workout routines, it is imperative that you feed your body properly. I will assess your current eating habits, counsel you regarding any improvements that can be made and provide plans for weight loss, muscle gain, and weight maintenance if needed.
You will have access to the virtual fitness tracking system where you can set goals, track your food intake and activity levels , and report your progress directly to me.
Nutritional counseling and access to the virtual fitness tracking system is included in all personal training packages. You also have the option to purchase the virtual fitness tracking system (which includes goal setting and food & activity level tracking) without a peronsal training package for $10/month.
