Where are you located?
I am located in Sammamish, WA and can train you at your home, my studio, your gym, outside or virtually, on-lne, if you aren’t able to commit to regularly scheduled sessions or live in a remote location.
How much do your services cost?
I offer several different convenient services and packages to fit my clients’ lifestyles and budgets. The costs for these services vary depending on whether you purchase one-to-one personal training packages, virtual fitness training packages, nutrional counseling packages or a combination of some or all.
How much time and how many days per week will I have to commit to working out with you and on my own?
This varies from person to person. I will assess your current lifestyle and help you determine the number of days and hours/week you are able to commit to exercise. After we determine that, I will develop personalized workout plans that will enable you to maximize your results within the time you are able to commit.
I am able to work out but don’t feel I will be able to commit to meeting with a trainer on regularly scheduled basis, yet I need some guidance. What can I do?
You may want to consider Virtual Fitness Training. With Virtual Fitness Training I will communicate with you via e-mail and phone calls to assess your needs. I will develop workouts for you with pictures, videos and detailed descriptions of how to perform these exercises on regularly scheduled days of the week. You will also have access to nutrition and activitylevel tracking as well as detailed reporting on your goal progress.
Do I have to buy a lot of equipment in order to get in shape?
Absolutely not! Although equipment is always an option and allows you to vary your workout, it is not necessary. There are many ways you can utilize structures in your home & outside as well as your own body weight to get effective overall cardiovascular and strength training workouts!
I want to commit long term to working out but can’t afford to pay up front for several sessions? Do you have payment plans?
Yes, I understand that everyone has different budgets and abilities to pay! I am flexible with payments (monthly, weekly, etc). However, I am not able to provide personal training services for sessions for which payment has not been received.
How important is nutrition in my exercise program?
The food with which you nourish your body is as important if not more important than the exercises you do! Most exercise programs regardless of what your goals may be (weight loss, muscle gain, reducing fat, feeling more energy, etc) will not be effective if the muscles are not being feed the proper ratio of nutrients.
Can you help me to develop healthy eating habits?
Yes! I have access to various programs that will help you develop nutrition plans for your body type and lifestyle. I will counsel you on proper nutrition. You will have access to the Virtual Fitness Tracking System where you can track your food intake and report to me daily what you are eating. This system will also enable you to develop meals that fit into your daily food plan. If necessary, I will recommend nutritional supplementation to help you fill in any gaps in nutrition you may not be getting from your diet.
