About

Meet your trainer, Jennifer Gryniewicz.

As a wife and mother of three active children I understand how difficult it can be to take time for yourself to focus on your fitness and overall health.  Regardless of how hectic my days become I always take the time to prioritize at least  45 min per day to exercise.  This helps to rejuvenate me and enables me to better focus on my family’s needs!

I received my Bachelors degree in Psychology and Business from Indiana University, Bloomington and a MBA in Marketing from Wayne State University.  Before I had children I worked for Ford Motor Company and decided to stay home after my first child was born.  Throughout my college years and during my early years as a stay at home mother I competed in various sporting events including bicycling, running and swimming. I began to realize that exercise helped me cope with my stress and I developed a passion for physical activity.   I decided to utilize my passion to help others obtain their personal fitness and overall wellness goals.  In 2000 I became a Water Safety Instructor and taught swimming lessons at night.  As my children grew older, I pursued my ACSM Personal Training Certification and am currently working with clients to help them learn to prioritize and enjoy physical activity.

Although I am qualified to train men, women, and children, I am focusing my education on women’s health and wellness.  This includes the unique circumstances surrounding  women as they go through the childbearing years, menopause, arthritis, heart disease, etc.  It is safe and recommended that you continue to exercise through all phases of your life.  I can help you during these special times to get the most out of your workouts and feel your best.
